This registration form is primarily for (i) those whose first language is ENGLISH, and (ii) those who speak/understand English but whose first language is NOT Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, French or Hebrew.

*Your companion needs to fill out their own individual registration form. When they do this they should type your name in this field on their registration form and pay their own deposit.
Note: If you currently do not have a companion but wish to register as single to secure your place in the tour and look for a companion later that may join you, we would amend your tour cost to that of a double occupancy after your companion has also registered.
PRICES & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Tour cost per person $4,999 USD for a Double Occupancy/Room
This is when you are traveling with a companion and sharing a room
Tour cost is $4,999. With early bird special your price is then $3,999 (a $1,000 saving applied to payment 3) if registering before June 1st 2014.
Tour cost is $4,999. With early bird special your price is then $4,499 (a $500 saving applied to payment 3) if registering after June 1st 2014 and before Feb 1st 2015.
Deposit: $888 upon registration to reserve your place – nonrefundable
Payment 1: $1,000 due by June 1st 2014 – refundable (minus $100 fee) only if canceling before Feb 1st 2015
Payment 2: $1,000 due by Feb 1st 2015 – nonrefundable
Payment 3: $2,111 ($1,111 or $1,611) due by June 1st 2015 – nonrefundable

This is when you are traveling alone
Tour cost is $5,555. With early bird special your price is then $4,555 (a $1,000 saving applied to payment 3) if registering before June 1st 2014.

PAYMENT METHOD
All the payments will be made through PayPal. You may pay by credit card or wire the money from your bank account via PayPal.
After this registration form is submitted, you will then receive an emailed Invoice to make the deposit payment.
Once payment is made, your registration is complete and confirmed. You will receive an Invoice email each time another payment is due.
